  • This is online 1:1 coaching.

    You’ll receive personalized programming, check-ins, and support remotely, which allows flexibility while still providing hands-on coaching and accountability.

  • Your coaching includes:

    • Personalized training program (strength, mobility, cardio, recovery)

    • Weekly check-ins for accountability and adjustments

    • Form feedback and video review when needed

    • Ongoing support and guidance

    • Programs that evolve as your goals and life change

    I intentionally keep my client roster small so I can stay responsive and involved.

  • There’s no long-term contract.

    That said, most clients see meaningful progress when they commit to at least 8–12 weeks, which allows time for structure, adaptation, and consistency to take hold.
